Air travel is fast but usually more expensive.
* People who work in a travel agency and sell plane tickets have to confirm the time and date the customer is flying.
* The customer must know the check-in time, lay-over time, how much baggage he/she can take. Baggage is weighed at the check in counter.
* You should print the e-ticket with the booking code and the itinerary and highlight the check-in and departure times.
* You should tell the customer of any health risks and/or travel requirements. If you are not sure then check on-line (Google search).
